🔹 1. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)
Our digital products (eBooks, templates, planners, guides, etc.) are delivered via instant download upon purchase. Because these are intangible and instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable.

The file is corrupt or fails to open
You received the wrong product
To request a refund, contact us at contact@ollebfullzenterprise.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a brief explanation.
🔹 2. Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges for physical products within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
📝 Conditions:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
A refund will be issued once the product is returned and inspected.
Items not eligible for return:
Opened or used items
Custom or made-to-order products
Clearance items
To begin a return, email us with your Order ID and reason.
🔹 3. Custom Digital Services
We offer services such as:
Branding or business audits
Custom templates or design
One-on-one coaching
Social media strategy sessions
Digital consulting services
These are custom-built and time-based, so we do not offer refunds once work has begun.
⏱️ Cancellation & Refund Terms:
If work hasn’t started: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
After work has started: No refunds will be issued for time-based or personalized services.
If you are unhappy with a service you received, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue with edits or adjustments if applicable.
